What other games do you play besides Dragon City?

I play no other games because I have no time! I'm too busy programming or in class or running this site or exercising :P. I used to be a heavy gamer but there's just no time anymore.

How about you?

I play way too much: Sims Social, Words with Friends, Margaritaville Online,CBS Sports Football and Basketball, Galacticos Football (soccer) , Outernauts (beta testing), and a bunch of non-facebook-based games. And then, computer based, Spore, Civ V, Football Manager, Galactic Civilizations...I really need to play less and work more.

I wanna play Skyrim, Fallout NV and KoA. Poor old PC was bleeding edge in her day, but she just can't keep up anymore.

Tried it and it's pretty awesome. One complaint I have though is that it appears you MUST pay money to get some Miscrits. I don't mind the option to pay for things in the game, but when you're forced to pay money for Miscrits... It's okay to have to pay for a few, the game should really cost money because it's great. But when you add up all the Miscrits you have to pay for, it ends up being way more money than the game should be sold for.

Right now I bounce between Halo: Reach and Skyrim. Old school Final Fantasies for the SNES and PS are prolly my faves though.

Actually, the game is free Ashley. there are roughly 20 that you can't get around paying for, out of the 205 currently released. And many people have no problem paying to support the game they love. A lot of us, simply buy them because we're collectors and have to have them all. I've put money in the game.

Random note - If you're ever destroyed by the awesome power of the mother's day miscrit known as mama, sorry. I designed her to be epic.

I, too, do not have a problem paying to support the game. But I checked the Freedom one and it was... $13? So I don't know how much the price differs but assuming they're 13 and there are 20 that must be obtained, that's how much money?

$260 for the game. Nintendo sold games for maybe $50 at most. I wouldn't pay $260 for a game.

I know it's free, but some of us don't like the idea of not being able to get all things in a game because it costs too much. I, personally, am the collector type and would definitely want them all!

Your right, it adds up. But that's money spent over year and a half the game has been out.

I guess. The $50 Nintendo games aren't really updated, this one is updated (like Facebook games are). So for Pokemon games you'd have to pay for each new version of the game and in here each version is implemented for free so to speak so...

Maybe I can come to accept this and keep playing it :P.

Actually, the game is updated constantly. Their head programmer, David, is a computer genius. And i don't use that word lightly.

I know it is, that's the point I was trying to make. And I'd expect someone who is in the game making business to be a computer genius :).

Although... I'm only a 19 year old girl at Harvard getting into this stuff, but... the game really doesn't look like it would be that hard to make. Just saying :P

The whole writing of the game. Obviously I couldn't make a game like that right now but I mean I understand how it is written and how it operates. It doesn't seem to complex :P. Although surely the guy must be a very skilled programmer to make it.
