Buying and selling farms is a quick way to get a lot of XP.

Stats for buying and selling 1 of the following

Small Farm:

Buy for: 100 Gold
Sell for: 50 Gold
XP Gained: 100 XP
XP Per Gold: 2


Meduim Farm:

Buy for: 25,000 Gold
Sell for: 12,500 Gold
XP Gained: 25,000 XP
XP Per Gold: 2


Huge Farm:

Buy for: 500,000 Gold
Sell for: 250,000 Gold
XP Gained: 250,000 XP
XP Per Gold: 1

So buying Medium Farms is the most efficient because you get 2 xp per gold you spend but if you have the extra gold buying and selling Huge Farms is the quickest.

The problem with doing that is it takes 6 hours to build and it tampers with your gold income. Buying and selling farms is instant.

If you are looking for a good exp and money, breeding a hedgehog dragon, placing it then selling it is nice. 100,000 exp and 250,000 gold.

Once again this takes hours to do. Buying and selling farms is instant.

buying and selling farms may take a lot of gold but there is no other more efficient way, Breeding is free but takes hours to do. Placing habitats and boosts takes time. Buying and selling farms is immediate and for each gold you spend you get 1-2 XP

I did Large Metal Habitats. No wait time, and it gives you 100k EXP. Still at 2exp per gold

Buy For: 2 Million Gold
Sell For: 1 Million Gold
XP Gained: 1 Million XP
XP Per Gold: 1
And there's like a 2 hour waiting time

Medium farms are the best ratio of gold spent VS experience gain over time, since it's instant gain.

I find that the 6 hour wait on the boosters is easy to accommodate, I just placed 20 so waiting for the 5 million XP to come my way. The 2.5 million cost price is worth the speed you gain from the xp.

Buy For: 250,000 Gold
Sell For: 125.000 Gold
XP Gained: 250,000
XP Per Gold: 2
Waiting time: 6 Hours

Sell 10 Mediums Farms for the same result, takes maybe 5 minutes to do.

Sell 1 Huge Farm and get the same amount of XP but spend an extra 125,000 Gold.

Buying and Selling 10 Medium farms gives the SAME amount of XP and takes the SAME amount of gold.

Buying and Selling 1 Huge farm gives the SAME amount of XP, for TWICE as much gold.

How does doing boosters give you more than 250,000 xp, please advise. Thanks

what i meant here is getting more than one booster takes more xp than buying or selling medium farms..of course one booster is 250,00 xp.how much more?

Buying and selling farms is the most efficient way to get XP, It is instant and you get 1-2 XP per gold you spend. nothing can beat that.

Devin is right, the farms are the way to go if you just want exp. and have plenty of gold. The only downside in my opinion is that you cant use a farm that your selling over and over to grow any food. I personally prefer to use my money on star shines; sure theres some waiting involved, but you get tons of exp and tons of food for your draggies. Also, im not in a big hurry to level up as i am already at the point where there is nothing to do but plod through league after league, breed the one or two i dont have yet and wait for new dragons to come out. But thats just me, i can totally see wanting to level up quick in the beginning to get that next new habitat in which case you should take Devin's advice
