(10 March 2014 - 02:49 AM)Midnight sue: It requires patience--after the automated response any action taken can take one week plus--it took eight days for the reimbursement of food and nine for my missing dragon from Viking Island, but it was all correct in the end. I did send a reminder attached to my original ticket after a week. Hang in there!
(10 March 2014 - 01:43 AM)They need to have instructions on a lot of this stuff. I don't like when you win fights you never receive your gems and or food. I've gotten where I'm not spending anymore cash on my items. I've contacted Social wars a few times with no response or changes.
